My Dear Inner Wheel Friends,

My warm wishes and greetings to all. I would like to wish all of you a very happy International Women's Day on the 8th of March. Our International Inner Wheel President Mrs. Gabriella Adami has called upon us to mark this day by carrying out activities to help abused women. Get creative and think of projects not only to help abused women but also to prevent abuse against women. Create awareness to respect women and teach women to respect themselves.

The Joint District AGM is fast approaching. Until today, I have 58 registrations from our District 330, 69 registrations from District 331 and 11 registrations from other Districts. Most notable of course will be the presence of our Immediate Past International Inner Wheel President Mrs. Carole Young. Those who met her last year would remember this fine lady. Those who haven't had the pleasure of meeting her last year, please come and meet her in Singapore.

While I do understand the cost factor of this AGM as it is held in Singapore, I urge you all to make a special effort and mark the days of 21st and 22nd March 2014 for Inner Wheel. Take the time to spend a weekend with your friends , minus family obligations! As our International Inner Wheel President very aptly says We, for Women!
