My Dear Friends in Inner Wheel,

Happy Holidays The past 6 months have flown by so fast and we are now already in December. It is that time of the year that we make resolutions for the New Year.

The definition of a New Year Resolution, according to the Cambridge Advanced Learner's Dictionary and Thesaurus, says such—

"A New Year's Resolution is a promise that you make to yourself to start doing something good or stop doing something bad on the first day of the year."

The most popular resolutions ever made are:-
1. To lose weight and
2. To save more money

To these popular resolutions let us add on resolutions to be more courteous, more cheerful and more charitable to the less fortunate. Let us remember them in our daily prayers.

I would like all of you to make a resolution to be in Singapore on the 21st March 2014 to attend the District AGM! Not only this AGM in 2014 but all other AGMs to come.
