The Anti-Bullying Campaign Awareness Talk
IWC Butterworth as a strategic partner of Penang Women’s Development Corporation (PWDC) in the Penang Goes Orange (PGO) organised a talk on Anti-Bullying Campaign Awareness talk. A total of 189 pupils from Primary 1 to Primary 6 and 18 teachers participated in The Anti-Bullying Campaign Awareness Talk on 5th December, 2023 at SK St. Marks (M) Perai. The Club Secretary Dr Lalitha Ramasamy, a senior lecturer by profession delivered her talk on two important topics which were “Good Touch & Bad Touch” and “Anti Bully”.
The program was attended by Shanthi Shanmugam (Club President), Lucy Barrock (Club Advisor), Vivie Tan (Club member), Tn. Mohd Munir bin Ibrahim (GB SK St. Perai), Tn. Mohd Zaher bin Ismail (Penolong Kanan 1), Tn. Adrizan bin Adib (PK Hal Ehwal Murid), Tn. Abd Halim bin Abu Hassan (PK Koko), Pn. Raja Haslina (Unit Bimbingan & Kaunseling).
Besides knowledge sharing the pupils were entertained with demonstration, quiz questions, videos, role play games with full of joy and enthusiasm. The pupils were very serious in taking notes of the important points shared by Dr. Lalitha, then after participated in the quiz and won lots of prizes. It is hoped that this program benefited the pupils and teachers.
