Spreading Joy to children

In a heartwarming display of compassion and generosity, the Kelab Inner Wheel of Johor Bahru (IWCJB) recently touched the lives of young children at Pertubuhan Kebajikan dan Penjagaan Kanak-Kanak Kurang Upaya Negeri Johor.

President Amy Nair’s vision for the club had always been centered around making a positive impact on the community. With the surplus from her Installation Night held on 16 September 2023, she and her committee saw the perfect opportunity to make a difference. The children were bought tickets to the British Circus, an event filled with enchanting performances and magical moments. Member Ms Adeline took an extra step to get the VIP seats for the children. It wasn’t just any outing; it was a chance to fulfill small wishes for these children and give them a break from their daily challenges.

The moment the circus tickets were handed over to the children, their eyes sparkled with excitement and anticipation. For many of them, this was their first experience of the circus.

The IWCJB members, who accompanied them, were equally delighted to see the sheer happiness and wonder on the faces of these young ones.

In a world often filled with challenges, the IWCJB’s act of kindness serves as a reminder that there is always room for compassion, generosity, and the power to make dreams come true.
