Project 14 – Awareness of HIV Among Women

On 1st December 2022, the world commemorates World Aids Day. People around the world unite and fight against HIV and show love and support for the people who are afflicted by the HIV disease.
IWC Klang collaborated with IWC Petaling Jaya by organizing a talk to increase Awareness of HIV-AIDS among Women. President Dr.Theyveeka Selvi of IWC Klang gave an informative speech which was well received on HIV which causes AIDS.
Dr.Theyveeka assured that everyone is well-served as there is an increase the availability, quality and responsibility of services for HIV treatment, testing and prevention. About 20 people from the economically challenged B40 Group attended this informative event.
Dr. Theyveeka also presented 2sets of Aids Kit to IWC PJ’s President Navarani Veithilingam and participants. IWC Klang will continue to wonders with Dr Theyveeka at the helm.
