IWC Butterworth launched it’s “Back to School” charities on 24 March 2021  by presenting bookshop vouchers worth RM 100 each for students from three  schools.

 

1. A mock cheque for the amount of RM 2,000.00 was presented to Headmistress of SJKT Ladang Alma, Mdm. Kasthuri. The amount was to be distributed to twenty pupils in the school.
2. Subsequently,vouchers worth of RM 3,000.00 presented to Headmistress Mdm Maheswari in SJKT Perai . These vouchers will be distributed to thirty pupils in the school.
3. Lastly,  fifteen pupils of SJKT Ladang Juru received aid worth of RM100 each and five  students received stationary vouchers  worth RM100 each. The donations were handed over to Headmistress Mdm. Gogilambal.

 

IWC Butterworth was represented by President Daisy R. Veluppillai, IPP Lucy Barrock, Treasurer Santhi Sundra Pather at the handing over ceremonies. SOPs compliant with COVID-19 protocol were strictly adhered to in all three schools.
